State Conference
Welcome to the Conference page. Our conference this year will be January 6th, 7th, and 8th, at the Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. We look forward to seeing you in Springfield!
This page provides the links you will need for conference registration. Delegate registration fees are $75 each, additional sponsors and chaperones are $30 each, however primary troupe sponsor and retired teachers are free. There is also a $25 registration fee per school.
Remember, you are not completely registered until you have mailed in the required paperwork and arranged for payment of fees. A check number or PO number must be recorded. All payments must be received by Dec 1st and sent to: Debbie Corbin, 1426 State Hwy 176 E., Spokane, MO 65754.

Room reservation deadline is Dec. 1.
THIS SYSTEM WILL ACCEPT REGISTRATIONS FROM OCT 12th - NOV 14th.
ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS OR CHANGES TO REGISTRATIONS AFTER NOV 14th MUST BE SENT TO DEBBIE CORBIN There will be a fee incured for any changes made after this date (includes name and number changes). After December 1, there will be NO REFUNDS on change in numbers.
Make sure you send both consent and health forms to Debbie Corbin before December 1. Make a copy of them for your own records before sending.
